Why Jerusalem Matters…

Jerusalem is not symbolic.

It is the place where Scripture moves from abstraction to clarity. Where:

• the words of the prophets were spoken,

• the life and ministry of Jesus unfolded,

• the early Church took shape, and

• where understanding deepens when experienced in context.

There are things that cannot be fully grasped from a distance.

Scripture reads differently in the land.
Prayer deepens when anchored in place.
Perspective shifts when relationships are formed face-to-face.
